Not a prototype. A live system that runs every current job, from the newest drawing to the last inspection, on any phone on site.
portal.airh2o.auAIRH2O is one of the first, and one of very few, HVAC contractors in Australia to design and build its own operational platform in-house, covering the full scope of operational requirements. It replaced three manual procedures, drawings, orders and hours, with one system that keeps every project and team member working from the same source of truth.
No part numbers. Site staff order materials for their level by describing them in plain words, from a live catalogue of 690 items, tracked from request to delivery.

The portal puts what site staff need on their phone, no phone calls to the office, no old revisions, no paper filled in later.

Nine permissions per user control exactly which modules each person sees. A foreman and a project manager get different screens, the right ones.
The jobs, levels and staff on site. Staff count refreshes every 15 seconds.
The material list for each level, locked to the drawing.
A live catalogue of 690 items, ordered by description.
Drawings, schedules and schematics, revision-controlled.
Inspection records for each apartment, submitted as a PDF.
Every asset registered by site, make, model and history.
Control and system schematics, available on site.
Scheduling, dispatch and signed service reports.

Materials, drawings, hours and quality all live in one system, so every project and team member works from the same up-to-date information, on site and in the office.
